Our pricing, warranty and payment terms, set out plainly.
Quotations and estimates
Any quotation given before we attend site is an estimate, due to the nature of emergency locksmith work. We will always confirm a clear price with you before any work begins, and there is no call-out charge.
Pricing and charging hours
We do not charge emergency call-out rates. Our regular rates apply between 9am and 9pm, whether the job is an emergency or a booked appointment. Outside these hours a standard out-of-hours rate applies, as is normal for a locksmith operating around the clock.
12-month warranty
Our work is covered by a 12-month warranty for jobs where we supply both the parts and the labour. The warranty runs for 12 months from the date of installation and covers the parts we supply and our workmanship. It does not cover parts supplied by the customer, or damage caused by misuse, forced entry or fair wear and tear.
Payment
Invoices are to be paid within 24 hours of the date of installation, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Ownership of goods
We retain the right of ownership over any products for which payment is declined or delayed beyond 14 days.
